Vegetarian and Vegan Classes by Sister Vegetarian
If you are interested in attending one or all 4 classes over the course of a couple of weeks, please email me at SisterVegetarian@aol.com and let me know what times are best for you, and the days of week. Once the dates have been established, I will send a formal invitation to sign-up for the classes.
Right now, I am acquiring a consensus as to the days that would work best for people who are interested in these empowering and informative classes. I will also extend the invitation to your community groups, businesses, schools, and places of worship where I would go to your location.
Below is a synopsis of the classes that would be offered:

Donna Beaudoin is a Vegan. I started as a vegetarian who transitioned to a vegan and rose above the drama that life brings.
Certified Raw Vegan Lifestyle Coach and Raw Vegan Chef through Raw Vegan Network-Ekaya Institute of Living Food Education. I help people transition to a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle by illustrating the importance of adding to weekly meals raw vegan and whole foods for increased health benefits

Donna is also speaking in the Washington, DC area with Dr. Joel Fuhrman (NY Times bestseller and nutritional researcher) and Dr. T. Colin Campbell (Author of The China Study) on the Plant Based Living: Diet As A Tool For Change Panel at Farm Sanctuary's Oct 27-29, 2011 National Conference To End Factory Farming.
